    Do you have any questions about your holiday, do you want more information about a campsite or do you just want to tell us something? Please contact us, our experienced staff is ready to help you!

    We prefer you contact us through our contact form here to make sure you get a faster reply based on your exact request. 

    We will answer your emails from 8am - 4.30pm on working days and from 9am- 3pm on Saturdays. In most cases we will answer your message the same day, otherwise we will do so on the next working day.

    We are happy to talk to you personally. Feel free to call us with all your questions. You can reach us by phone at: 014378555.

    We are experiencing higher than normal volume with calls and emails.  We will do our best to reply to your emails as soon as possible, but it may take a bit longer than expected.  We appreciate your patience during this time.

    Monday-Friday:

    Saturday:
    9am - 1pm

    On Sunday our office is closed.

     

    Emergency number

    During high season you can contact us outside office hours through our emergency phone should any problem arise whilst on holiday. This emergency number will be shown on your voucher.

    You have booked an accommodation with us on the campsite of your choice. The accommodation is owned by the campsite or one of our carefully selected partners. On your voucher you can see who, in your case, is the supplier of your accommodation. They are your on-site contact at the campsite and will help you with all your questions. We do not have staff from our company at your disposal on the campsite.

    It is important to take out insurance, because even though you plan everything carefully, life is full of surprises. For example if you are not fit to travel and a doctor advises you not to travel, the insurance will refund the cancellation fee charged by us. There are many more events covered by the insurance. When you make a reservation online there is more information regarding the insurance we offer. You will receive the insurance policy and conditions as an attachment to your invoice.
